How time flies!!!!!

Logan just had his two month checkup and we are happy to say that he is growing like a weed and that he is extremly healthy!! Here are his stats: 24 1/2 inches long (75-90%), 14 lbs (75-90%) and his head is 16 in (50%).  For those of you who are on my facebook, you also know that he tested as a carrier for Cystic Fibrosis and so we had to go down to the University Hospital in Syracuse to have a sweat test done.  That was yesterday and again we are proud to say that he is healthy!!! He also gained 6 oz in 5 days and now is 14 lbs 6 ozs.  If you are wondering how he could have the mutated gene, he gets it from me.  during pregnancy I was tested to see if I was a carrier, which I am.  We are lucky enough though that Randy is not a carrier.  Any future children that we have will have a 50% chance of being a carrier.  Now before anyone gets too worried, this will not effect them until they get to the age where they are having children.  Then IF their spouse is a carrier would we have anything to worry about.  But on a great note, things here are going very well.  Feb has been a long month of snow and extremley cold weather.  I have started going to school full time and staying home with Logan, as well as taking care of Randy.  We are all adjusting pretty well to all of the changes that are going on in our life.  I will post more pictures of the adorable Logan later!

Mama and Papa call this my "milk drunk" stare...yes I am drunk!
OK, so this post is a little late, because Logan is almost 2 months now!! I know, I am slacking!! This month has been pretty busy.  As many of you know, we spent the entire first month of Logan's life traveling.  He is already a frequent flier!!! But he did amazing.  Then in January we went back down to Ohio for Grandpa Tom's birthday!! It was great fun, but Randy and I are looking forward to just staying at home for a while with no travel! We have a four day in Feb. and our plans are to stay in our house! While it may sound boring to some, it sounds absolutely wonderful to us.  Although we do love have visitors!!! Logan is growing like a weed! At his 1 month appointment he was 21.5" long and weighed 11 Lbs 10 ozs.  He is starting to smile and is very attached to his Mommy.  While this sounds wonderful, sometimes I would love for him to be that attached to his Papa!!!  We have gotten into a pretty good routine and we are starting to put Logan down for naps at certain times.  Next week we are working on those naps being in his crib and not on mommy since the camera system is up and working.
