SO Much has changed!

The view from our room
Well it has been quite a while since I updated the blog and I figured that today would be a good time to do it.  Recently we have made some pretty big changes in our life! First, on October 15, 2010 I finalled out of the Army.  Which for those of you who are saying, what does that mean...it means that I am no longer a Soldier.  While there is alot of sadness that comes with that statement, the blessings that are associated with it outnumber it ten fold!  I am now a stay at home wife, incubator and my puppy's number one entertainer!  I will go back to school in March when I have the swing of having a new born here down!  Logan is due on December 12, 2010 and I am counting down the days until he arrives.  We finally picked out the paint for his room and his crib has arrived! My goal this week is to get what I can in his little nursery all set up.  As for other changes going on in our lives.
Part of our room at Whiteface Lodge

Work for Randy has been extremely stressful and so last weekend we went up to Lake Placid and stayed at the Whiteface Lodge and just relaxed.  They have a great special for military and were extremely friendly.

Randy has been diligently working at his job and even though most days are stressful, it seems to be that there are always rewarding times that remind him why it is that he works so hard.  We have been building our FRG and had a little Halloween Party the other day where family and kids came and just enjoyed time together and got to eat some yummy treats!

The next couple months should be busy as we will be going to Ohio in November, then Randy's dad Leo will be coming to New York for Thanksgiving, Logan is due in December and my mom will be flying out December 10th to see the little man be born, then at the end of the month of December we will be flying home to Washington to let everyone meet Logan.  Things just don't seem to be slowing down for us anytime soon, and to be honest, I don't know if I would want it to!!
